The Southern Region consists of the Alexander, Pulaski, Franklin, Jackson, Perry, Williamson, Bond, Clinton, Effingham, Fayette, Jasper, Madison, Hardin, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Jefferson, Marion, Crawford, Edwards, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Monroe, Randolph, Washington, and Saint Clair counties.
